Lozi Container | No.9 | Zambia
Lozi containers are hand-carved from indigenous woods by the Lozi people of Zambia. These containers were used as traditional lunch boxes to store and transport food. Each container has unique design details and the lids are known for having stylised carvings, inspired by animals and forms found in the surrounding nature.
All of our Lozi containers are vintage pieces and have developed rich patina from years of use. They work perfectly as decorative pieces that can also be used as a soulful storage option.
