Welcome to becoming a khayni trade client.

We'd love to become a regular supplier for your projects and have made the process as easy as possible. You can learn how to place orders with us and who to contact with all trade related questions and orders below.

Whilst our curated collections are sourced from around the world, we specialise in rare objects and furniture from rural African communities.

We design and work with artisans that use traditional craftsmanship to create our Made by Khayni collections.

Our Catalogue + Reservations

Due to the nature of our products and frequent new arrivals, our website is our catalogue and shows the up to date availability of all of our products.

Please note our curated collections are one-of-a-kind objects with limited availability. Reservations are only available for regular trade accounts and do recommend letting your clients know that it would be beneficial to confirm their selection sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.

How to Place an Order

To make the process as simple as possible, the majority of orders can be placed online at your own convenience. Simply add the items you are interested in ordering to your basket and proceed to checkout.

Use the code

TRADE20 or TRADE10

at checkout and your trade discount will automatically be applied.

Add the shipping address to obtain your shipping quote. If the quote is accepted you can proceed with your order online.

Some shipping may require custom quotes and our website will ask you to contact us. Please reach out to shaun@khayni.com or customercare@khayni.com if this is the case, or if you require any other help with your order.

We can provide invoices for records once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Our regular courier is dhl with next day delivery for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders. You have the option to selected pre-paid taxes and duties at checkout to make customs clearance quicker. On the odd chance customs requires more information about the products to clear customs we are happy to help.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours and you will receive a tracking link from our website and dhl once your order has been dispatched.

Large or specialist orders will be shipped ex-works. We can assist with obtaining quotes and putting you in touch with our trusted couriers if necessary or your preferred shipper can collect the goods from us.
