Conservation collections for interior objects fall under interior shipping terms.

For all orders, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. Should you wish to manage your delivery without signature then Khayni is not liable.

You must provide a valid shipping address. Khayni is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. We do not handle or pay for the return of these parcels, and no refunds are due.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 48 hours.

Preorders will be dispatched in accordance to the lead time accepted upon purchase. Lead times may be subject to change or delays and we will contact you should there be any variation.

For an order that contains a mix of in stock and preorders, shipping is charged on dispatching the items together. We recommend ordering separately if you want your in stock item first.

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times.

All international customers shop our website without UK taxes.

For USA Customers: You have the exclusive option to choose Royal Mail DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) with free shipping at checkout.

For All Other International Countries: You have the option of free shipping with Royal Mail, but this service is strictly DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be responsible for all local fees upon arrival.

For All International Countries (Including USA): You also have the option to ship with DHL. At checkout, you can choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if you select a DDU shipping option, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before payment for duties & taxes. Please ensure you are fully familiar with our returns policy here before refusing entry.

Khayni is legally required to declare the full purchase value on all international customs forms.

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Khayni is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.  

Khayni are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.
