Shipping costs may vary depending on delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the above table and will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.On occasion our website will ask you to contact us for a shipping quote. Please email us at customercare@khayni.com should that be the case and we will advise if we can ship with DHL or if a specialise courier is needed.

For all orders, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. Should you wish to manage your delivery without signature then Khayni is not liable.
In Stock & Made To Order
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 48 hours.
Made to Order items will be dispatched in accordance with the lead time accepted upon purchase. For an order that contains a mix of in-stock and Made to Order, shipping is charged on dispatching the items together. Lead times may be subject to change or delays and we will contact you should there be any variation.
Ex-Works Shipping
Where goods are sold ex-works ownership passes on collection of the goods to your shipping agent.

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times.
Duties & Taxes
All international customers shop our website without taxes.
For shipping with DHL all countries will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) at checkout.
Please note that if you select DDU, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before payment for duties & taxes.
A heads up - if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to Khayni, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges.If customs destroys the parcel due to non compliance no refund is eligible.Some goods may require specific certification requirements, we can assist with ensuring you have the information but the forms must be completed and are responsibility for the importer.
Khayni is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.
Damaged and Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Khayni is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.
Khayni are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Khayni, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees will apply.
