Loyalty points earned in this program will expire twelve (12) months from the date of the participant's last account activity. Account activity is defined as making a qualifying purchase or redeeming points. If no activity occurs within a rolling 12-month period, the entire remaining points balance will be forfeited without further notice.
If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance
Poaints are non-transferable and have no cash value
There is a strict limit of one loyalty account per customer. Each savings code can only be used once and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Points converted into savings codes are final and cannot be reversed. If you generate a code by mistake, simply reach out to our team and we will happily return your points to your balance. Please note that refunds cannot be given retrospectively; we can only return the original points to your balance.
In the event of a system error, website glitch, or technical malfunction that causes points or rewards to be incorrectly calculated or distributed, we reserve the right to adjust your account balance to reflect the correct amount. Any points or codes generated by a system error carry no value and will be removed without notice.
We want to keep the club fair for everyone. We reserve the right to review, suspend, or permanently delete any rewards account if a customer violates our rules, creates multiple accounts, or abuses the rewards system. Any points in the account will be lost immediately.
