Limestone Planter

DESCRIPTION
These unique vessels were traditionally used to capture and store rain water in the mountainous regions of Java, Indonesia. 

These handmade stone objects were hand-carved and have beautiful ageing from years of use, believed to have been crafted c.1850-1900. Style as planters, fountain basins or decorative objects in gardens.
