Eyes on Fire

This beautiful photograph was taken at Grumeti Reserve, Tanzania in 2018 by photographer and guide Mike Sutherland. 

After watching a pride a lions spend a long morning hunting, Mike found himself in one of his closest encounters with these predators as they found a spot to rest. 

The print is complemented by an oak wood frame, hand-carved with ridge detailing.
