boom
Our boom cap is a subtle embroidery stitch of a baby elephant, celebrating the baby boom that Save the Elephants recorded in Samburu National Reserve in 2025 with over 188 calves born compared to 37 the year before. Whilst elephants are still facing threats from human-elephant conflict and habitat loss, it is a really positive sign of a healthy and growing population with elephants feeling secure enough to breed again.
Watch how your support helps. This design was influenced by the cuteness that is a baby elephant mock charging with ears out and lots of attitude . As sweet at these playful encounters are as captured here by Jane Wynyard from Save the Elephants, it is a great way for youngsters to build confidence, test boundaries and learn how to protect themselves.
