Our Twiga cap is named after the Swahili word for giraffe. The Big Life Foundation protects roughly 7,000 giraffes (approx. 5% of the African population) across 1.6 million acres in the Greater Amboseli ecosystem. Through anti-poaching, ranger patrols and community collaboration, they have doubled the local population in 10 years, combating threats like habitat loss and the bushmeat trade.
