Our R.W. bucket hat stands for Roots and Wings coming from the African proverb - "we desire to pass on two things to our children; the first is roots and the second is wings".

The keepers give the roots, the rehabilitation program fosters the wings, providing confidence and structure for orphans to live wild again.

The embroidery is a baby elephant with its blankie. These blankets provide psychological comfort to reduce anxiety, acting as a mother's shadow as well as to provide warmth and protection against pneumonia.
