For all orders, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel. Should you wish to manage your delivery without signature then Khayni is not liable.

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times.

All international customers shop our website without taxes.

Free shipping is with Royal Mail. Currently they only offer duties and taxes included to US (so nasty surprises). For all other countries Royal Mail or subsequent postal service will contact you for payment of any fees prior to delivery.

For shipping with DHL all countries will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) at checkout.

Please note that if you select DDU, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before payment for duties & taxes.  

A heads up - if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to Khayni, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges.If customs destroys the parcel due to non compliance no refund is eligible.

Khayni is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Khayni is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.  

Khayni are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now. 

If your parcel is being returned to Khayni, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees will apply.
