DESCRIPTION
This beautiful Tutsi vessel is part of an incredibly special collection of pieces which took 8 years to curate. Each vessel is hand-carved from indigenous wood with great skill by the pastoral Tutsi people of Uganda. When necessary, repair work has been carried out to restore functionality, creating unique details. These vessels would have originally been used to collect milk or honey.
The wood has taken on a beautiful patina and wear after years of use. Style as a decorative piece or with dried foliage and florals anywhere in the home.
