Our Relieve bath salts alleviate muscle aches and body pains.

Kalahari Desert salts blend with Epsom salts to create a mineral rich bath, Epsom salt will help to relax muscles, and relieve any aches and pains as it works on reducing inflammation. These salts are infused with our signature African power plant blend of Marula, Baobab and Mongongo to enrich your skin leaving it renewed and soft.
 
Our combination of natural botanicals are aimed to further relieve any aches and pains. Roman Chamomile helps with pain with its anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties, helping to soothe muscle tension and reduce spasms. Eucalyptus oil has a cooling effect on muscles whilst also reducing pain and inflammation. Lemongrass works quickly to reduce inflammation and swelling

Add a handful of bath salts to a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes to allow your body to absorb the salts. For further relaxation, wrap yourself in a towel and sit under a warm cover for 15 minutes. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate.
